KINETIC explicitly prohibits the use of its protocol for copyright infringement or the distribution of pirated material.

We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or terminate access to any user or IP address that abuses the system, attempts to bypass security measures, or utilizes automated scraping bots against our infrastructure.
