DMCA policy

1. Operational Nature

KINETIC is a transient media extraction protocol. We do not host, store, or index any copyrighted media on our servers. Our system acts solely as a conduit, parsing publicly available URLs and facilitating a direct transfer from the source platform's Content Delivery Network (CDN) to the end-user's local device. Because we do not host the files, we cannot delete them from the internet.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that the KINETIC protocol is being used to infringe upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). While we cannot remove content from third-party servers (e.g., SoundCloud, Instagram), we can implement URL-level or domain-level blocks to prevent our tool from extracting specific media.

3. Takedown Request Requirements

To file a valid DMCA request to block extraction of specific content, please provide the following information to our designated agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) that you wish to be blocked from extraction via our service.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
