Steps to Extract Instagram Media

Copy the Link: On the Instagram app, tap the three dots (or share icon) on the Reel or video and select "Copy Link". On desktop, copy the URL from the address bar.
Paste into KINETIC: Enter the URL into the KINETIC terminal.
Execute: KINETIC will automatically fetch the video in maximum available resolution (often 1080p).

You can also use KINETIC to extract just the audio track from a Reel by selecting "Audio Only" during the extraction phase.
